About
The editorial layer between the research and your routine.
We're not a supplement company. We're not a clinic. We don't sell compounds, we don't take vendor money for placement, and we don't publish anything we can't trace back to the literature.
Peps & Protocols exists because the space between a PubMed abstract and an actual routine is where most people get lost. The research on peptides and supplementation is real — and almost none of it arrives as something you can follow on a Tuesday morning. Influencers fill that gap with vibes. We fill it with protocols: exact dosages, timing, bloodwork, contraindications, and a defined end.
The blog is where we translate the research. The protocols are where we turn it into something you can run. Both are built by people who actually read the papers — and cite them.
How protocols are vetted
Four passes. No exceptions.
Mechanism review
Before a protocol ships, we can explain — in plain language — why each compound is in it and what it does at the biological level. If we can't, it doesn't ship.
Dose cross-check
Every dosage is checked against the published data it came from, not against what forums have collectively decided feels right.
Contraindication screen
Known risks and interactions go in the protocol, not in the fine print. If a compound is wrong for a group of people, we say who.
Structure pass
Findings become a week-by-week plan: reconstitution math, timing, bloodwork before and after, and exit criteria. A protocol without an end date is just a habit.
