Peptides, Bloodwork, Lifestyle and SupplementsFrom Adaptation to Transformation - Bobby Ambaum

Peptides · graded A to D · EU status, dated

Everyone's on peptides. Here's which ones have earned it.

Every peptide I'll talk about, graded A to D on the human evidence, with its EU status in plain words. What you'll never find on this page: a dose, a route, a source or a link. Those belong in your protocol, built on your bloodwork, or nowhere.

The grades

A to D. Said out loud. Even about my favourites.

  • A

Approved medicine, or several large human trials. Strong evidence for that claim, in that group of people.

  • B

Small or short human studies. A real signal in people. Larger trials needed.

  • C

Animal studies only. Not shown in humans.

  • D

Lab data or anecdotes. No reliable evidence. Anecdotes and vibes.

A grade belongs to one claim in one group of people. A peptide can be an A for a rare disease and a C for the reason you want it. A grade is about the evidence, not about whether I like it, and it is never permission.

The list

The list. Graded, dated, no doses.

Filter by the grade for the main use people buy each one for. Each row shows every claim the evidence grades separately.

Grades and status are copied from the P&P compound cards (built 26 Sep 2026), never re-graded by hand. Status is plain language, not legal advice, and rules change. Two of the A grades are prescription medicines you get from a doctor.

How a protocol runs

How I run a protocol. Same order, every time.

  1. 01

Application. Ten quick questions. No health data until you've agreed to how we handle it.

  2. 02

Strategy Meeting with Bobby. Where you are, where you want to be, and whether peptide coaching is the right way there. If it isn't, I'll tell you.

  3. 03

Screening. Who this isn't for is below. Some people get coached on the basics and start no compound until their own doctor clears it.

  4. 04

Baseline bloods at home. Morning, fasted, the full panel.

  5. 05

The grade conversation. What the evidence says, and what it doesn't.

  6. 06

One change. One variable, so the retest can tell you something.

  7. 07

Weekly check-ins and voice notes. Adjusted every week, in writing.

  8. 08

Retest at 8 to 12 weeks. Same lab, same conditions.

  9. 09

Continue, change or stop. Your call at every step. My job is that you make it with the evidence and your own numbers in front of you.

Test. Change one thing. Retest.

Safety

What I never do.

  • Never a dose, route or schedule on a public page, in a DM or on a sales call. Doses live only inside a client’s protocol, as guideline ranges with their source, set against their bloodwork.
  • Never sell, supply or source a compound. No supplier or affiliate links.
  • Never start a protocol without a baseline.
  • Never start anything new while a result is flagged. A doctor sees it first.
  • Never coach compounds for anyone under 25, pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Athletes in a tested sport get general coaching only: most compounds in this field are prohibited in sport.
  • Never call a compound safe or proven, and never promise a result or an outcome free of risk.

Some of these compounds are prescription medicines, some are sold for research and aren't approved for human use, and the rules differ by country. A grade tells you what the evidence says. It is not permission.

Bobby's peptides

What I ran, what it did, what it cost.

I've run peptides on myself after a skiing accident in Austria and a motorbike crash, and I've made the mistakes everybody else is making right now. The SARMs chapter is in there too, told as what it cost me. The full story and my lab reports are on the about page.

Questions

Straight answers about the list.

Why are there no doses on this page?

Because a dose without your bloodwork, your history and a retest is a guess. Doses live only inside a client's protocol, as guideline ranges with their source, set against their own numbers. Never on a public page, in a DM or on a sales call.

Does a grade A mean it's safe?

No. A grade says how much human evidence there is for one claim in one group of people. It says nothing about whether a compound suits you, and it is not permission. Two of the A grades are prescription medicines you get from a doctor.

Do you sell peptides?

No. I coach you on peptides. I don't sell them. No compounds, no sourcing, no supplier or affiliate links, no discount codes.

Is this legal?

Coaching and education are. The compounds are a different question: some are prescription medicines, some are sold for research and aren't approved for human use, and the rules differ by country. The status column above is plain language, not legal advice.
