Peptides, Bloodwork, Lifestyle and SupplementsFrom Adaptation to Transformation - Bobby Ambaum

The story

I ran it wrong first. That's why I grade everything now.

A skiing accident in Austria, a motorbike crash, a recovery I was told I wouldn't make, and a relapse I own. All of it in my lab reports. I made the mistakes early, so you don't make them at 45.

Peps & Protocols
Chronology
  1. Age 18

The high. I started at 18 in a sales start-up in Tilburg. Three months in I went freelance and the money came fast. From 18 to 21 I ran a sales team: up at 6, in the office by 7 or 8, then 45 to 50 minutes in the car to Belgium, call reviews the whole drive, bed at 11. When the business was flying I partied hard. In the office before sunrise, out after sunset. I almost never saw the sun.

  2. 2018

The ski crash. A skiing accident in Austria. In the fun park I over-jumped and fell 10 to 15 metres onto a flat surface. Both bones in my left leg broken, ribs shattered, a lowered disc and a small fracture in a vertebra. Seven days in hospital, then an air-lift from Austria back to the Netherlands. During that recovery I took SARMs for the first time.

  3. 2021

The pole. I swapped bikes with my brother and rode one without ABS. I braked too hard, the rear wheel lost grip and I got high-sided. My body hit a traffic pole hard enough to pull it out of the ground. Full protective gear saved my hip. Left elbow shattered, both forearm bones and a rib broken.

  4. +3 months

The verdict, and the refusal. I was told I'd never fully stretch my arm again. The doctors said the pins could stay in. I read why surgeons leave them in, and pushed to get mine out. I built my own recovery plan: supplements, peptides and, again, SARMs. My physiotherapist knew and backed the plan. Three months later I was bench-pressing 120 kilos. It's never 100%. It's 80 to 90%, where I was told to expect 50. That's my recovery, not a compound's, and it's what pulled me deep into peptides.

  5. The turn

A blood test. A biohacking programme ran my bloods: severe vitamin D deficiency. Years of never seeing daylight, written on a lab report. Since then, vitamin D and testosterone are the numbers that moved most. Testosterone went from about 600 to 755 ng/dL on my September 2025 report. Next goal: 1,100.

  6. 2026

The relapse I own. I finished a SARMs cycle while working 20-hour days, and went straight into a relationship that fell apart fast. I've never got angry so quickly in my life. People around me were walking on eggshells and I didn't notice. It cost me my temper, a relationship and weeks I'm not proud of. Getting back took three to four weeks and a proper plan. The lesson: you don't stay healthy without a solid head, enough sleep, and a complete plan for how you come off anything before you start it.

  7. Now

Full focus. The sales agency and the sales training are closed. This is the work now.

Why P&P exists

Peptides don't fail people. Guessing does.

Half the gym is on peptides now. Almost nobody tested before they started, almost nobody retests, and the person they asked usually sells the stuff. Your gym friend's protocol has no grade, no baseline and no retest. That's not a protocol. That's a rumour.

Peps & Protocols exists to do it the way I wish someone had done it with me: grade every peptide out loud, A to D, even my favourites. Test before. Change one thing. Retest. And never sell you the compound.

I'm 27 and most of the people I coach are older. Fine. I made the mistakes early. You get the benefit without the bill.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this medical care?

No. It's education and coaching, not medical care. I'm not a doctor. If something in your bloodwork is flagged, you see one, and nothing new starts until it's checked.

What does peptide coaching actually mean?

I grade the peptides with you, A to D, on the human evidence. We test your blood before anything starts. Then we run one change at a time, coached every week, and retest to see if it earned its place. You decide what you do. I make sure you decide with the evidence and your own numbers in front of you.

Do you sell peptides?

No. I coach you on peptides. I don't sell them. Peps & Protocols sells coaching and education. No compounds, no sourcing, no supplier links.

Is this legal?

Coaching and education are. The compounds are a different question: some are prescription medicines, some are sold for research and aren't approved for human use, and the rules differ by country. The plain-language status of each one is on the peptides page.

Do I need bloodwork first?

Yes. No baseline, no protocol. Baseline bloods come first, at home, before anything changes, and a retest shows whether it worked. The Bloodwork Guide tells you what to test.

What does it cost?

The full picture comes on the Strategy Meeting, before you commit to anything. Bloodwork is paid to the lab, separately.

Women?

Yes. Women's hormones need cycle-day timing and a different panel, so we're building it properly before we take anyone on. Join the waitlist for The Women's Hormone Panel. If you're pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, this isn't for you right now. Please speak to your doctor.

Which countries?

Europe first, plus the UAE. Coaching runs online, so where you live matters mainly for where you get your blood drawn. Home draws are mapped for the Netherlands, Spain and Dubai.
