Peptide coaching · Europe
Everyone's on peptides. Almost nobody knows if theirs work.
I'm Bobby. Peptide coaching for people who run things: every peptide graded A to D on the evidence, every protocol built on your own bloodwork, one change at a time, retested until the numbers prove it. I sell you no compounds. Not one.
Step one of any protocol: your baseline.
You've heard all of this before. Mostly from a forum.
- “Everyone’s on it.” Nobody tested before they started.
- Every forum has a stack. None of them has your numbers.
- Too many peptide “coaches” are a shop with a ring light.
A grade D isn't an insult. It means the human data isn't there yet. Of the 19 peptides graded on this site, 14 sit at C or D for the use people actually buy them for: animal data and vibes. See the list.
Grade it. Test it. Run it right.
- ABCD
Graded
Every peptide gets a grade.
A to D, said out loud. Even my favourites. Especially my favourites.
- baselineretest
Tested
Blood before, blood after.
No baseline, no protocol. If you can't read your own blood, you're guessing with a credit card.
- ContinueChangeStop
Run right
One change at a time.
Coached every week. Retest at 8 to 12 weeks, then continue, change or stop. Change five things, feel amazing, learn nothing.
Inside coaching the rhythm never changes: test, change one thing, retest.
We sell you no compounds*
Everyone's selling you a stack. I'm not. If your coach also sells you the peptides, he's not a coach. He's a checkout page.
Peps & Protocols sells coaching and education. No shop, no sourcing, no supplier links, no discount code dressed up as a benefit. We tell you which peptides the evidence backs, and your blood settles the argument.
* Not one. Not through a friend, not through a link, not through a code.

Four steps. Same order, every time.
- 01 · Baseline
Read your blood.
A home draw before anything starts. The panel is on the bloodwork page.
- 02 · Protocol
Build it on your numbers.
Every peptide in it carries its grade and its EU status. You decide. I make sure you decide with the evidence in front of you.
- 03 · One change
Change one thing.
One variable at a time, coached every week, so you know what actually did the work.
- 04 · Retest
Then we look again.
At 8 to 12 weeks. Continue, change or stop. Your call, on your numbers.
I ran it wrong first. That's why I grade everything now.
2018: I fell 10 to 15 metres in a ski park. 2021: I wrapped a motorbike round a traffic pole and got told I'd never straighten my arm. Three months later I benched 120 kilos.
Then I wrecked myself without anyone's help. Twenty-hour days and the wrong compounds: SARMs, after the fall, after the bike, and again in a relapse I own. They cost me my temper, a relationship and a long way back.
So now I do it properly: graded, on a baseline, one change at a time. September 2025: vitamin D 40.8 ng/mL, testosterone 755 ng/dL. Target: 1,100. I don't sell you a comeback. I show you the numbers behind mine.
The first 15. Real number.
Two ways in. Every protocol starts with your blood. The first 15 clients join at a founding price, shared across both tiers. When the seats are gone, the price goes back to standard and the founding price never comes back.
The seat count goes live when the round opens. It is real and it never resets.

Is this medical care?
No. It's education and coaching, not medical care. I'm not a doctor. If something in your bloodwork is flagged, you see one, and nothing new starts until it's checked.
What does peptide coaching actually mean?
I grade the peptides with you, A to D, on the human evidence. We test your blood before anything starts. Then we run one change at a time, coached every week, and retest to see if it earned its place. You decide what you do. I make sure you decide with the evidence and your own numbers in front of you.
Do you sell peptides?
No. I coach you on peptides. I don't sell them. Peps & Protocols sells coaching and education. No compounds, no sourcing, no supplier links.
Is this legal?
Coaching and education are. The compounds are a different question: some are prescription medicines, some are sold for research and aren't approved for human use, and the rules differ by country. The plain-language status of each one is on the peptides page.
Do I need bloodwork first?
Yes. No baseline, no protocol. Baseline bloods come first, at home, before anything changes, and a retest shows whether it worked. The Bloodwork Guide tells you what to test.
What does it cost?
The full picture comes on the Strategy Meeting, before you commit to anything. Bloodwork is paid to the lab, separately.
Women?
Yes. Women's hormones need cycle-day timing and a different panel, so we're building it properly before we take anyone on. Join the waitlist for The Women's Hormone Panel. If you're pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, this isn't for you right now. Please speak to your doctor.
Which countries?
Europe first, plus the UAE. Coaching runs online, so where you live matters mainly for where you get your blood drawn. Home draws are mapped for the Netherlands, Spain and Dubai.
